Fiera was born from play. We’re all about experimenting, pushing flavors, and finding combinations that surprise and excite. It is the first in a growing line of products made to turn simple meals into something memorable. Because cooking should be fun and food meant to be shared. Our Story
I first tried Fiera Chili Oil in 2020, when Sebastián (my now-husband) cooked with it on our first date. He made arrabbiata pasta from scratch and infused some olive oil to go with it. It was so good, I shamelessly took a doggy bag home — in a Ziplock, no less. Questionable first date move? Probably. Luckily, he found it endearing...


Fast forward to today: we got married, kept playing with the recipe, and somewhere along the way, it became something we couldn’t live without. We built a brand around it and after seeing how much people loved it back home in Bogotá, we moved to Austin to bring it to life in the U.S. That’s the short version of how Fiera was born — from one really good date, a lot of home cooking, and a shared love of flavor.
